PAYMENT POLICY Payments are accepted in cash, check, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover ). Residential cleaning is to be paid up front. If the service is prepaid, a prepaid voucher or must be presented to the cleaning agent at completion of service. Commercial accounts will be paid as negotiated in contracts.
CANCELLATION POLICY A $30 fee will be applied to all accounts if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. A $15 fee will be applied to all appointments that are rescheduled. The cancellation can be submitted via email or by phone.
